Got my acceptance letter to WSU for the MBA program today. I didn't expect to not get in, but it still feels good to get the acceptance letter. Mostly for the flashbacks from eight years ago when I applied to college.

I'd change my screenname to 'Shocker Jake', but it wouldn't feel right. After all there's still only one best school in Kansas, with the best basketball team in the state

Fun fact: while I was a student at Kansas we lost the same number of home games as the number of national titles we won. I also didn't have a drivers license the last time we didn't win or share the conference title

When I was actually attending Gonzaga we were very mediocre and out of the four years only made it to the tournament once. It wasn't until years later that they started dominating their league and going to the tournament every year. Also, we have to count the fact that at 5,000 students it's a pretty small university so competing against state schools is tough.
